We are designed to eat meat, and all you vegetarians.vegans who think you're healthy 'cause you don't eat meat...I doubt you are. I can probably say that 80 % of vegetarians are not as healthy as they would be if they ate meat.
If you have geniune deficiency with eating meat, then that's ok, but it doesn't sound like you do. Eat meat for fucks sake! We are supposed to!
