Should I add the Groups Modification?
Where members of the forum can make their individual groups and can add forums aswell. Other members can join it then and post and various other features I havent checked aswell 
Like if you are a member of some social networking sites, you have abilities to make your own communities? That type

I think so. Members can join groups if they like... But its doubtful if this will work out too great as we dont have that many members.
