Erm, I was so tired that I went to sleep at 10pm. And look what happened. I woke up at 3:30 
I'll try and goto sleep again after this song ends. Hope I will be able to sleep.

in 8th grade i went on a trip to gettysburg. me and my roommates got like, 8 hours of sleep over, 3 nights.
when i got home, i went to bed at 5:30, missed dinner, and woke up the next morning at 7:15.
i felt great! |

Yes, it's quite obvious that the earlier you to go to sleep, the earlier you wake up.
The outside paradox realization is that the amount of hours spent sleeping is pretty constant, so it's not like you will always wake up the same time regardless of what time you went to sleep.
However, there is a variable that changes this, which is the circadian rhythym. Basically, going to bed at 8 p.m. and waking up at 8 a.m. is not the same as going to bed at 8 a.m. and waking up at 8 p.m. Oh well.
And how is going to bed at 10 p.m. very early? Bleh.
