I don't think you fit the requriments quite yet. I'm pretty sure you have to have like 1K posts or something and is 5000 a month.

How To Become A VIP Member ~
Just send vip staff a PM saying that you are interested in becoming a VIP member. We shall deduct money from your account and make you a VIP automatically. VIP memberships last only a month. ~ Requirements For The Membership ~ - You must have atleast 1000 posts
- You must not have more than 5 infraction points.
- You must have a positive reputation
- You must atleast have a month old membership here.
~ Charges For The Membership ~ Any of the above said thing is subjected to change anytime without notice
