Mostly some do to actually hear from others how pretty they are. Some do it because they are proud of their beauty? We call it over confident shit!
Some do it for if they are unsure about it like someone called them ugly and they lost all faith in themselves and seek help elsewhere.
You can easily distinguish between both.

Yes, exactly. They just want someone to shower them with compliments. If you want that, just post your pic saying, 'Hey look at me.' That would do just fine. I'm just sick of people saying, 'Am I Ugly' when they know they're not. | |
