I accidentally moved like the bar thing with the start button on it to like the left side vertically...

how do i put it back?

How to Move the Taskbar from Its Default Position

Yes, I figured that's how you do it, but since I'm on Linux, I thought I'd make sure it hasn't changed.

if you want to prevent it from moving again, right click a blank portion of the start bar and select 'lock the taskbar'.
