You can only give out a certain amount of rep each day to a certain person. That's probably why.
And if not, I have no idea.

Yea I'll try FireFox. I have been having trouble with I.E recently. Lucky I have a backup browser lol

So now I use FF.

yea it is a bit,you completly pimp out your profile,find as many friends as possible and change your profile every so often. Then theres not much else to do.
