rune stones are a ancient Norse method of divination. Runes from the futhark are etched or painted on stones. There are a few thigns that can be done with them. runic alphabets are called fuhtark because the first 6 runes' sounds spell out futhark. They are like tarot cards, only different and for a different purpose.
