To be honest I don't want a big, elaborate house. My only two mandatory features would be a movie theatre room with about 12 leather La-Z-boys, projector, sound system, etc. and a nice deck with a barbecue.
Some of the best times are in the summer enjoying a beer and cooking a hamburger.

Sort of what DIG said, I don't want a huge, huge house. I would also want a nice theater room with big seats, enough for me and a bunch of friends. I'd like a nice kitchen, about 4 bedrooms, and a two car garage. I'm not that picky.
