Ok, so those of you that read my last post, know that my cousin died this weekend. I found the article on it, on the local newspapers website and people left some nasty comments. I felt compelled to respond. But they just assume he was some loser. That he was just another drug addict punk kid, when he wasnt. He was cleaning his life up, making plans for college, and slipped once. And this is what happened when he did. But people who didnt even know him just assume he was a loser and call him that.

People think what they want.
Don't let it bother you, hun.
But people also believe what they see.
If your cousin portrayed himself that way-
Then people are forced to believe what they see.
He's lucky he had you to know the real him.

It's easy to hate someone or something you know nothing about. this is directed towards the losers who thought your cousin was a loser. It's just that hate and anger are the easiest emotions to express.

Well, people are pretty insensitive untill its them siting in their living room mourning the loss of a family member, people dont understand what it is like...and neither do i.

How he died was a poor reflection of how he lived. Despite the fact that he died of a drug overdose after a night of partying doesn't make him a delinquent loser. It makes him a teenager that partied and paid with it with his life. Plenty of teens party like that, including your football players and cheerleaders.
