Dude, It's a skin.. Trust me.. All it does is change your skin nothing else.. And No you can't be a moderator.. It's next to impossible.. I've been a mod for like almost 3 years..

How do you become one though? Also, it's a shell, not a skin. A skin is something that doesn't go away, the shell is something you can change.

Lmao, You seriously believe it... It doesn't! A Windows XP can't be changed to Vista just by a shell, seriously even I knew that when I was like 12. To be more realistic, it's a Bricopack.. Which also means skin... TRUST ME... I know what I'm talking about.. I haven't learnt computers for nothing.. Oh and another thing.. Half of the stuff on that Bricopack doesn't look like the real Vista.
