i have a homework in which i need to show a video to the class
i downloaded the video from youtube with the youtube downloader but in the cd i recorded it doesnt sound so....in which format do i download it???
(downloaded both as mpeg and avi)

Errm, do you mean what format to save it on the CD?
First option would be .WMV if you can, otherwise i'd go for .AVI as they both work on ALL Computers very well.

it DOES work on my computer....but not in the dvd (or it doesnt sound or sounds like crap)

Use a DVD authorizing tool that lets you convert videos to DVD compatible format, which should work awesome. I use Nero Vision myself, but there are others (some free) around. Google it D=

When you download a film from YT it is in .flv format you must convert it to AVI and try again

eee.....with the youtube downloader you can download in flv, avi, mpeg, wmv, mp4, mov and others

The video will not show in CD. It needs to be on DVD. To download videos from Youtube, I use "Save2PC Pro" and it will download in flv format, don't switch nothing and to record it on DVD, I just send it to record with "ConvertXtoDVD 3". This is as easy as it can get. All other programs are too much steps and hassles. I may be vicious, but trust me on this one. |
