Vista): then type:
msiexec /x {B1403D7D-C725-4858-AACC-7E5FA2D72859}

it doesn't work :'(
like, it says it uninstalls it but it's still in my Add/Remove Programs list, and i can't remove it from there.
and i tried that site how it says to uninstall everything one by one, and i did and it STILL isn't gone.
i can't even install the old non-beta msn. asdgsdfgsdfgsdfg |

- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Right-click Windows Live > Export
- Save it anywhere you want
- In the same window, Microsoft > Right click Windows Live > Delete
- Now go to C:\Program Files\
- Rename the Windows Live folder to something else (in case something goes wrong, don't wanna have no way to turn things back)
That should get rid of it... If you have problems installing the old Messenger or something, you should put the Windows Live back in place, and then double click (and confirm with Yes) on the file I told you to save earlier and that'll bring things back to normal.
