Take a long walk, or even take a day time bus pass and travel all day (if you have that). How can you get bored with each other if you have so many things going past you that you can talk about it? Also you don't have to talk all the time if you don't want to.
Stay up all night (or wake up very early) to watch the sunrise together. Not many are able to say that they have done that before.
Go to the beech, pool, or other water activity place together. If just one of you can swim, you are always able to try your best to teach the other to.
Camp out on the lawn in the same tent. Look up at the sky talking about the most random things if you like, and discuss what you can see in the sky, or even about those things you hadn't noticed around the lawn before. If things get cold out there, you always have each other to keep each other warm. Once things get too cold, get in that tent!
Cook something together. If any of you have talent, it will show and you can share the experience together knowing that you made that cake, or you made those scones.
Any more ideas, and I would be coming up with a few things you can do TO your boyfriend.
