I am 15, but I honestly look like I am 18-20, and on the phone, or online with a mic, I sound that age to. I've been told I am very mature for my age, and I do my school online, and stuff. So, I'll be finishing High School in May of 08. Seeing how I look older, its awkward to talk to a girl, my age. I get more attention from the 18+ year old women. I am kind of shy with first impressions, I am confident, but just need motivation to get out there.

Your appearance should have nothing to do with your problem being able to communicate w. girls around your age.
Thats just your personality.

Alright.
I've always been shy around girls, especially around first impressions.
I may gravitate toward the older age group, only cause I want a mature women. I am not insulting the younger crowd, I am more likely to get an older girl since I see that demographic more.
Most girls like it if a guy makes the first move, just say hi, ask them how they are, after a while if you make them laugh say something like "you look cuteR when you smile/laugh" haha cheesy but so worth it
