If your uncomfortable about how your boyfriend treats you, just talk to him about it. If you dont like the second guy in the same way that he likes you, you probably shouldnt consider dating him until you're sure of your feelings.
Mmm it's completely up to how you feel about them both. Do you like the second guy back? From what you've said it sounds as though he's more into you or your current boyfriend is taking you for granted a bit. If you go out with the second guy, try and make your friends like him/tolerate him before if it's possible...
