So i am 18 and i have a had a few girl friends i had them all ask me out except i broke up with a certaing girl and asked her out myslef later after. Now im outta school and want to find a date. I dont usually go to alot of party's so i dont have a good idea on what to do. I always see good looking girls when im out that i dont know but instead of asking them out i always have thoughts come to my head like "she probley has a boyfreind" and etc... I just want to know how to approach a girl. Once i learn something i get very good at it. I just need to get some help with trying to find my 1st date. Like give me examples on how to start out. I am a shy person but i can over come it but just need some help. Im not afraid to get regected im just afraid of going up to her and start talking and then after i ask her out if she says no then i dont know what to say so i just walk away. If someone could help that would be great. I am good looking i mean i dress nice and i think im attracticve because all my other girl freinds were hot. I just want to build some confidence and then be set. thanks

1st: Walk in. Talk to the girl. Get to know her. Tell her you had a good time, and ask her to casually hang out.

If she says yes: Great! Set a date and get planning.
If she says no: Too bad. Give her your number anyways [sure you may look a bit forward, but you might as well put yourself out there] and tell her if she ever wants to talk or hang to give you a call.

You say you don't have a fear of rejection so just go up and start talking to her, compliment her... be silly and make her laugh. then ask for her phone number or if she wants to hang out sometime. Although i have never done it, it seems to be the run of the mill advice.
