No, it might not even mean they love you more than a friend. Me and my friends say I love you to eachother. Alot of people don't even mean it when they say it. You hafta ask someone out when your "bf and gf" maybe seeing eachother but deffinetly not in a relationship.

well if i told someone i loved them, i would have to be in a relationship or know someone really well to say it.

There are different kinds of love though.
