Okay, so I have had this guy friend since 1st grade. We had been BGF since (best guy friends.) I also have a close girl friend. We have been good since about 2nd grade. I developed a crush on said guy friend, and have had it up till now. My guy and girl friends started going out. I was really upset for a while. She knew I liked him, and ignored that. I tried to be happy for her, but it was hard. I eventually came out when me and guy friend were alone, and he was shocked. Now I wish I can take it back. I think he likes me, but he's showing no interest. How can I get his attention and for him to want me?
You think he likes you but he's showing no interest? Huh?
What kind of shocked are you talking about? Like, "Omg what the fuck? We're best friends! What are you thinking!?" or more leaning into "Wow, really? :]"
But I think it's good that you told him. At least you got that out of the way. If your friend and him are still going out, it's best to just stay back and wait for him to be available. If he does really like you, then he would leave his current relationship. That sounds messed up but yeah... That would happen.
Well, I was just shocked that she would do that, and that he liked her. I mean, he acts differently around me than others. He seems to try to flirt a bit, but I can't tell if he just doesn't know how or if he has eye problems....sorry bud. But they did break up, and he said he never liked her to begin with. I think he felt bad that I liked him, because we've been really close.
