just what do i say to her?

Iv already spoken to someone on these forums about my situation and i thank them wholeheartedly for that

anyway long story short it aint gonna happen with the girl i like and i want her to know that i just wanna be her friend and want things to go back to the way they were. and that she doesnt have to worry about me making any advances or doing anything that could make her uncomfertable.

i really really like her, we had a great friendship, but it seems to have just gone away. and its really painful the way things are

i dont know how, or what to say to her though, what would you want to hear?

I'd just tell her that you only want a freindship..She'll probably understand better if you tell her directly...

But i dont wanna sound like i presumed that she wanted me as well. i want to make it clear that i never expected anything from her and that all i want now is to be mates again.

but i dont know what to say.

Just be honest, and say what you think. If you say that you never expected anything from her or w/e, or whatever your feeling, she'll most likely be fine with it.
