Ok so I am in a relationship with a really amazing guy, who I think could possibly be the one...I know it might sound dumb, but I've been through plenty of relationships and if I were to say no he wasn't for me, then I'd be dumb. Anyway, he's going to a family member's wedding which he is a part of, and it's out of state. He asked me to go with. Sounds like fun right? Wrong. I really want to go with him, cuz I do love him, and it'd be a new opportunity....problem is, I haven't met his family yet. So I feel like I'd be throwing myself in a hole, as well as I can't say I'm too fond of his sisters...what I've seen of them n heard about them etc (yet I know u have to actually meet them n try not to judge yes yes I know I'm a better person than that, but this is one thing I have a really Hard time with )Yes, I do have a bit of a jealousy/inferior problem.. but I can't help that, I've admitted it, so please try not to judge.

What do you think? Should I go? Thank you so much for your thoughts!

Think of it this way... meeting the family at an occasion like this wedding just means all the attention won't be focussed on you. If you were meeting them any other normal day you would be centre of attention =) If you really like the guy you can put up with his family not being your version of perfect. Just try your best to get along with them. Afterall, it's him you're seeing... not them.x

I think you should go. It sounds like fun for you two, and you should meet his family some time. Especially at a wedding you won't have to spend that much time with them.
