Against the law?
Me and my boyfriend have been dating for three months
and when we started dating he was 17 and i was 15 but
now he's 18 and i'm 16. we're not having sex, but can my
parents still charge him with anything? I live in Alberta, Canada
btw. i need feedback quick guys. thank you.

No, it's not illegal to date someone 18+. If you were to have sex it could be considered statutory rape depending on the age of consent where you live.

but i'm planning on leaving my dads house to
move in with his family, and he said if i left he'd
charge my boyfriend.

Well, even if you were having sex he couldn't charge him with rape or statutory rape as the age of consent where you live is 14(I just looked it up). I guess he technically could charge him with some other crime if he has committed one, such as if you left your dad's house you could be considered a run away and he could be charged for housing a run away, which is illegal in the US, but I don't know about Canada.

actually in Canada you can legally leave your house at 16
without your parents consent. (i'm 95% sure of that) but
when i leave i don't want anyone getting charged or anything.
basically i don't want the law involved.

What isn't 16+? The age of consent? No, it's not. It varies, even in some states in the US it's under 16 and apparently in Canada it's 14, which I personally think is too young, but whatever.
