Sounds pretty much like she could possibly have feelings for you. If you talk to her loads and she wants to watch you do things and like be there for that and stuff then you must be in there pretty deep. It's just that one final move before your a couple, which is the question. Some people are to shy to ask others don't want to feel rejection if they ask. You and her sound like your already a couple accept you haven't announced it to each other, or it could be just good friendship; the best thing is, is to think positive. Try not to think anything bad. I believe you might have to do the final move here.
If you do talk to her alot, face to face and/ online you should ask her out. Prefferably face to face, although it's harder for some people. Say something like, "I've been thinking about this for a while now and I was wondering if you have any intrests in being my girlfriend" something like that. Your hopeing she'll say "Yes" instantly, she could. She may even say let me think about it. Which makes people believe it's a no but you can never really no until you get the true answer.
Now through experiance when one has asked a question and there's no true answer you kinda drift away and stuff, but don't. just stay the same with her. If she doesn't say yes instantly and you keep like doing what you usually doa nd she does she'll surely give you your answer.
