so the thing is i really like this guy and he likes me too but hes too big of a coward to do anything, like he'll back out of plans and say that seomthing else came up and he wont really talk to me because he know that i konw that he talked shit behind my back twice already.

oh ive tried that but i always end up running into him at school and the thing is hes really nice to me but i guess he just tries to prove to people by being a dumbass to them but ive never seen that side of him and its really hard.
When you see him again and you're alone and he's being really nice to you, Say to him "I like talking to you better when we are alone....you're different". This will make him wonder what you mean by that and maybe realise that you have noticed that he acts differently when he is with his friends.
so i saw him on friday and he was with some friends and so was i. he walked past me and didnt even acknowledge my presence and he wouldnt even look at me. i wish i wouldve said something but i choked up. i havent talked to him since, but its been weird because for the past month or something we would talk all the time and now we havent talked in the past three days.

Don't try to understand guys. It's too impossible, just as it is for guys to understand us women.
It doesn't sound like he's at all into you, and he keeps breaking off his plans with you so I would give up on him. He doesn't sound like such a great guy, and you need someone with balls who's more attentive and will try to go after you.
