Advice, please?

Okay. So, there's this guy my friend and I know. Well, this guy likes my friend, but she doesn't like him. && well, I do like him. So..yeah. I need advice. Would it make her mad if I tried getting with him? Any ideas of how to get him to like me?

If your friend doesn't like him then it shouldn't bother her at all.
For now just be yourself around him, and if he doesn't like you then you just aren't his type.

She doesn't like him and you do, so it shouldn't make her mad. And whether it did or not you don't need her permission.
You have your own mind and so does he, and there's a thing called "free will" where you can choose who you want to date. It's not up to her.
If she ends up having a problem with it that's her problem not yours.
