i have a carpool to go to school every day. my friend, we went to school together from grade 5 to grade 8 and now we go to different schools. we have an hour long car ride to get to school and i usually sit next to him, one or both ways (to and from school). anyway...one day he started to try and make physical contact, pressing his leg up against mine. ive liked him 4 a while and i sort of started to do what he was doing. he also puts his arm around the seat if were sharing a seat and watever. ive liked him since pretty muc the begining of this year and now i dont know wat to do b/c he started to move his leg away if i sit pressed next to him, sometimes. everyone else in my carpool says taht its obvious that i like him and ive been denying it. do u think that he likes me or not? and wat do i do about it?

I don't know. Pressing his leg up against yours isn't really enough to tell if he likes you, he could have been playing around or something. If he moves away when you put your leg against his now, he probably doesn't want you to think he likes you, or feels uncomfortable because of people saying it's obvious you like him.

It kind of sounds like he likes you, but if he's moving away now maybe he heard a rumor that you liked him and it freaked him out.
I really can't say. Guys are complicating.

Yeah if he's been pressing his leg up to you a few times that could mean something... how well do you know him? Are there other signs that he likes you? What do you want from this? If you're interested you could try and arrange to meet up somewhere...
