it's been exactly 5 months to the date since i split up with my boyfriend, ive not spoken to him for 2 months now but we saw each other (from a distance) the other week and now he's all i can think about again
i miss him so much and i don;t know what to do

i know how you feel, my girl n i broke up 4 months ago, easiest thing to do from my opinion is try to forget and move on, unless you actually plan to be with that person again.. simple but effective.

i'd give anything just to be friends with her now, but we're both too ignorant to pick up the phone.. f^#k3D up situation :S

try talking to him and telling him how you feel.
i know its hard, but you never know if maybe hes feeling the same way back.

Maybe you should try and avoid seeing him again if it brings things back, it'll probably be easiest for you to move on and think about other things.

You probably broke up with him for a reason, (and if not, think about his bad points), so I wouldn't say try and get back together with him. If you really can't stand it, you could tell him, but it'll most likely not help, imo.
