Dont know what to do about this!

I got this girl in my class, her and I talk everyday for at least a hour and prom is this weekend and we are both freshman. Well another guy in our class asked her to prom and she really dosnt want to go with him. But this guy is also like my best friend and I really want to go with her. Would I be a ass hole for taking her if my best friend wants to take her.

Yeah, and if he IS your best friend, he'd understand. Plus she doesn't want to go with him, its quite clear he's being ruled out

Ask her out and make sure your friend doesn't think you're trying to hide it. Maybe even tell him first
