Okay, it's called regret. It's your fault that you dumped him, and now you feel the consequence. Deal with it, that's the only advice that people can give you. I'd like to comfort you, but you dumped him, not vice-versa. It's not the best idea to return to an ex too soon after a break-up, especially since you dumped him.

But yes, you made a mistake and you can only learn from it now. You can talk to him and see if he'll get back with you. He can give you another chance, you didn't do anything bad like cheat on him so why not.

I would say just give up.

It sounds as if you've already tried getting back with him and he's not liking it.

So maybe he wasn't happy with you while you 2 were together.

Try and talk to him, and if all else fails then off you go in search of another one.

I think it's time to move on.

Hopefully you've talked to him, which it sounds like you have. If he doesn't want back in there's nothing more you can do.
