How to get over shyness.

Well I'm a really outgoing and energetic person with pretty much everybody but when it come's to someone I like I get so nervous and shy that I don't even want to make eye contact and i'll barely even talk, plus when I get home i'll over analyze everything and regret being the way I was. Online i'm a lot more talkitive ofcourse so much easier to talk with a screen infront of you. Anyways after a while hanging out and what not I open up and become comfortable with the person and i'm back to my old self.

I just want to know how to get over my shyness.

I, too am in your position but from the guy's perspective. Well, I hear that some girls find it cute for a guy to be a bit shy. I think that when i talk to the girl i like i'l pretend she is one of my friends but talk differently ofcourse. I hope we all get over this
