Ok, so for the past few months i've really liked this girl, so I've talked to her on msn almost everyday, and I always make sure we see each other in school and all, and i don't talk to her like other people, i'm more well soft i guess when we talk. So I asked her out twice already, both times it turned out she was genuinly busy cause shes a really busy person as i've found out. So she said she would tell me when shes free. That was almost 3 weeks ago, but we still talk as usual, nothings changed between us. So, I'm thinking that maybe I should lay off for a week and see what happens. What if I suddenly stopped talking to her on msn for a week, and made sure we hardly saw each other, kinda ignore her for a week. Would that do something, cause i'm really not getting anything, and i'm powerless now, cause i'm not asking her out a 3rd time. So, i'm on the verge of just giving up so this could be that last ditch effort. What you think?

i think if this girl really liked you then she would have said yes, but dont worry, it seems she still wants to stay friends with you. dont give up, but dont push it either. its a good idea to lay off and see what her reaction is

Well, I'd say lay off for a bit. She just may not be all that into you (sorry), but if I really liked a guy and he asked me out, I'd try extra hard to find time to spend with him.
Don't lose hope, though. She genuinely may be overwhelmed, so cooling it for a couple of weeks might help.

Dont talk to her anymore.
