i dunno what to do
i have crap self esteem and i never had a boyfriend
i've only been kissed once and the boy regarded it as a mistake

all my friends have had relationships and im the last left standing

or is it the boys i look for?

I think it's you ... because boys just aren't attracted to girls with such low self-esteem. You know why?

Because these kind of girls cling onto them like there's no tomorrow, always looking for some kind of reassurance that there's nothing wrong with them and it gets bothersome. Guys like a girl who can stand on her own two feet.

You need to stop thinking so much about how you're "the last left standing" and build up your self-confidence.

It's pretty pathetic how I'm lecturing you on this when I'm the one who looks in the mirror every morning and says to myself "This is the girl that my boyfriend loves" Before I used to look in the mirror every morning and say "I'm not that bad looking" and well after getting a boyfriend my self-esteem actually soared a lot more.

It feels nice to hear it from others, but you gotta say it to yourself first, otherwise no one else will see it. Sounds pretty lame, I know but it helps me ...

That all depends on the guy. For some guys it applies, but for others none of that is true.

So having said that, some of it is probably your self esteem issues and some of it is the kind of guy you generally go for. Hes right, usually confidence is a big thing and being quiet, shy, and needy kind of turns guys away. But for someone like me I kind of like that...I guess I don't have the most confidence either and it feels good to know someone needs/wants you...

you can be needy but not to needy. most guys atleast the ones worth dating find pleasure in being there for someone like me. but also i want a girl who is confident in who she is.

You just have to like yourself,
but that will be really hard until you're 19, I think.
