Best Friends..who want to be more than friends

My best friend and I feel very close to each other... we hang out whenever we can... but recently 2 of my friends asked if she would go out with me and she said she would but she didnt want our friendship to end if we broke up...I need some advice on how to convince her that everything will be fine even if we break up

well how long have you been friends? cause it depends whether it would actually work if you are very close?

if there is something there, then GO for it! or you could regret it?

if it does work out then you don't have to worry bout afterwards? =]
