this is almost impossible...
I give so much advice on dating to my friends and my advice almost never fails but when it comes to me actually dating I'm a train wreck. I become all nervous, and shy. I keep quiet and try to avoid being myself because I'm always that "loser". Why?

when dating, girls like it more when you, "be yourself" i went out with this girl who was one of my really really really close friends and i couldnt talk to her coz shes hot im not, and im a retard half the time haha, turns out she liked it, but too late, shes som1 elses now.
