How many Iraqi's do you people know? The more freedom there the more chaos there is :-| what? So theres more chaos by your theory in lets say Holland (a pretty damn free country) than say Zimbabwe with the masacres... hmmm
Communism is flawed how can a ideology which believes in total equality have a dictator?
Where have you been hiding the last 20 years? Russia has not been communist since the late 80s early 90's (debatebable when it ended). Kuzntsky can probably give an exact date. Cuba hasnt exactly thrived under communism either has it? Granted having the USA bully it won't have helped, Castro has had the biggest laugh though emptying its prisons into Miama letting them claim to be pollitical refugees ahahaha! Priceless, Probably would have made a Mastercard advert had the USA come up wif the idea. China is also relaxing it's communist ideology... the majority of people in China are pretty poor too.
Complete freedom doesn't exsist, and maybe it's a good thing that it doesn't. People shouldn't really be able to do whatever they like, especially if it hurts someone else.
Greater freedom does not necessarily lead to brighter hapiness.
What do you think?
Totally agree, but the real question is: how should you judge success in life? Happiness? GDP? Equality? Freedoms? Lack of poverty? Everyones needs being fully met? Hmmm...
I agree. Look at Iraq...the people are ment to have more freedom and they're missrible.
Hate to break this to you, but thats untrue. Ever wonder why CNN, ABC, and the other news networks have run out of interviews with discontented Iraqis?
Too much freedom is indeed a curse. Look no further than San Francisco. I would post some examples, but they would classify as "mature content".
If you think that Iraqis are happy and grateful we came in there then you need to do some research. Do you think that the reason we did the surge was because Iraqis were so happy and we wanted more armymen to join in the large party?
And what's wrong with San Fransico? So all of a sudden because of one parade (I assume that is what you are speaking of) they are a city of filth in which nothing good has come out of? Please. Educate yourself.
