When you are fully aware that you are in a dream and you can control your actions as if it was real life.

Re: Could someone explain what a Lucid Dream is?
my dreams are pretty messed up
usually when i just get off of acid and come down to a normal level i get lucid dreams
other times, my dreams kind of do what they want...i dream of crazy weird stuff..
sometimes scary things from my past ...

Re: Could someone explain what a Lucid Dream is?
i dont recall having a lucid dream
ever since i started taking acid ive been able to tell myself, i can control everything around me, and if i believe and tell myself that enough, i can.
but dreaming..i still havent mastered controling my dreams fully yet.

Re: Could someone explain what a Lucid Dream is?
when I dream its like I'm at the cinema and I'm watching it and then I'm in the picture at the same time, quite strange.

Re: Could someone explain what a Lucid Dream is?
sometimes i dream of what happens the next day.
nothing serious. for instance, i'll dream of going out somewhere or being in a particular spot with friends, then something will kick in me that says i've seen this before.
is
"Lucid dreams can help us visualize and rehearse the event in our minds before it actually occurs"
^ so is that like a lucid dream?

A lucid dream is where you have full control.
