I know that here in England all teens are looked upon by the older as trouble making thiefs and that we all have ASBOs. We have been tarnished with the same brush as the minority that fuck around. What are your views on this and is it like that where you live?
Most adults here do look upon teenagers and see them as rebelious and not able to think clearly and maturely.. but the adults I encounter do not think so of me.. I'm an odd case.
For the most part, I think it is true. We as teenagers are rebellign from whatever we were onced molded to believe by our parents depending on the peer groups we surround ourself with and the person we start to become.
And well.. until you are their age and having to deal with a bratty, mouthy, know-it-all teenager.. I give them teh benefit of the doubt that they might actually know what they are talking about to a certain extent. Even I still veer away from what older people think if I simply can't believe it.
Absolutely pathetic.
Not every teenager is young minded with no absolute adult ways about them.
Because some have. I am maturer than most, although eccentric at times. But thats apart of my brain condition. However im still adult like in a lot of ways, just like many others.
There are more immature ones though, hence why i cannot get along with most teenagers.

If we set good examples, we are considered the building blocks of the next generation. If you act bad, then we are considered fuck ups.

I live in Plymouth, and there is this really harsh area called North prospect (formally Swoolie) and all the druggies/criminals live there. Me and my friends are often referred to as swoollies by older people.
