Well who would have reported to the police about this?
It can only be the women themselves. At silliest his intentions were innocent and the women were oversensitive, or if they didn't report it, then a nosy member of the public. Of course, that unfortunately doesn't necessarily clear the guy if he is innocent of crime, but then what's the likelihood of that given the circumstances?
That said, it's quite hard to gauge an opinion from a 55 word article.

Modeling? Well, for some reason women almost always seem to take that as harassment when a guy tells them they should consider modeling. I got slapped once for it myself... Then again, she was a model at that time and I didn't know it.
I'm not trying to justify either side or whatever, but he told 2 different women the same thing. First off: What idiot does that? NEVER tell 2 different women the same thing, they will find out...They ALWAYS find out one way or another! Next: If the women didn't like it, it's called "Turn around and don't pay attention to him!" only file harassment charges if you look back and you're being followed, consistently!
OK, women over-dramatize EVERYTHING so when they filed it they made it seem worse than it really was, that's why the police got involved. Hopefully someone will deem it asinine and it'll just blow-over.

The guy has a lawsuit pending against him now for trying that stunt.
I'm glad they turned it around on him, I'm sick of stupid people here getting away with lawsuits for dumb stuff. Like 15 or so years ago, some old lady spilled hot coffee from McDonald's on her lap, and she sued and won because the cup didn't have a warning on it. IT'S COFFEE, obviously it's gonna be hot you idiot!

Lol, my dad was ranting a while ago about the coffee and the pants cases. He says Americans need to grow up. 
And I go around giving girls compliments all the time, I've never been charged with harassment, lol. Either there's more to this story, or these women are real natural born b*tches. :P
