What do you think Israel should do?

ok, who about this:
israel is in a very dificult situation:
the Hamas fire from inside Gaza houses Katyusha rocket at israels city's, damaging houses and killing people.
so on the one hand israel want to difend herself, but on the other hand she doesn't want to hurm citizens in Gaza, plus there is a lot of criticism about IDF actions..
my girlfriend send me this video (can't post link) on youtube, title: Israeli TV - 14 year old Suicide Bomber
i think it's terrible what they are doing.

i think it's terrible what they are doing.

It all has to do with the stupid extremists that have to add violence to an already horrific world, and it's bad enough that they enforce and teach their kids to do so.

well no. becuase you stil have the history of what happened. and therefore still the desire for revenge.
and that simply leaves the occupents of isreal in a rather bad way.
-they have just spent 60 years fighting the palastinians, and now you presume that they shall simply become friends.

stop the embargo on palestine, leave the occupied lands, make peace with syria and recognize palestine as an independent state.
that's what it should do instead of murdering innocent civilians (don't tell me that's fighting with terrorists, Turkey fights with terrorists too but no civilian even gets hurt in Turkish operations)

Israel will not dissolve, guys.

Because Israel is the only place where jews can live in peace. Every jewish person living in, say, England - feels safe more than how he'd feel 60 years ago. One can be sure there is a place in which one will always be accepted. And even though you can take it to a racist espect, its just not that.

I think I will explain in another topic my complete view. It just feels so important to make all things clear.

i agry with you, but it is not that simple:
it take 2 contry's to make peace, but only one for war. now, when sorya is hosting the terrorist inside her and byilding an atomic cure, do you really think they want peace?

as for figthing with terrorists: have you seen the video i'm talking about? it's show's a 14 year old child trying to explode himself next to israelis soliders... so how can you fight that without hurting civilians??!!
