ok ok i went to you tube and i was watching this video about ummm a email a guy got and he was talking about if gays r born gay or do they become gay as they get older....
personally i do think they r born gay and i dont think its a disease or anything and i dont think there is anything wrong with being gay/bi/lesbian
ok so i want to no ur opinion ummm r gay/bi/lesbian ppl born the way they r or do they become as they grow older

Your born that way. No one would choose to be made fun of.
I agree that you're born with your sexuality, but I wouldn't say that no one chooses to be made fun of. For instance, people will still become religious or like bands such as My Chemical Romance despite the stigma that surrounds them, and I wouldn't say that those examples were born like that.
well tht is true^^ but still y would anyone want there family to reject the or shun them just because there gay y would any one want to be stoned or hurt or be made fun of every single day of there life soooo for tht reasson i do not think tht gay/bi/lesbian they do not choose to be tht way
i mean some will go as far as try and turn straight but no matter how hard they try they cant

Like I said, I don't think that sexuality is determined after birth, but I just don't think that because there is stigma behind non-heterosexuality, it means that they are unable to make a conscious choice, again because of the reasons I've stated.
You don't just wake up one day and say "Oh I feel like having a desire to be a with girls!"
Straight people didn't just wake up one day and make the choice to be straight, those with homosexual desires did not wake up and make the choice to have homosexual desires.
If people are persecuted for liking the same gender why would people make a choice to be persecuted?
People are most defiantly born a certain sexuality including heterosexuality.
You like who you like and that is that. No one makes the choice its just how it is. But I know that I did not choose to be bisexual. I was always bisexual. Always.

It's definately not a choice. Im not sure if any of you will agree with this but I personally think I was genetically predisposed to being gay. My mom was a lesbian, although she did hide it for many years because she had certain problems. And no, I wasn't raised by her I have a guardian mother, so it is definately not nurture. It is Nature. Im not saying there's a gay gene, but its possible that there is a gene that is more likely to have somone be LGBT.

I think that there is a possibility that homosexuality is genetic.
