I'm going to skip over the sex one because sex isn't important.
Relationship: Someone that is taller than me. Has long, think hair. Color would have to be black, brown or unnatural. Eye color would depend. I love someone who would put contacts in to match their mood like me. Like extremely skinny but not fat. Someone that wears skinny jeans with a band shirt all the time. Chucks as shoes. Has some scars to show what he has been through. Brings his music player with him all the time and a skateboard or two. Has to wear eyeliner. Must have that. Piercings. And I don't know anymore.

it doesn't really matter. to me, when it comes to guys, anyone's fine as long as their personality isn't that bad. but if i had to choose it would be somthing like...
really really thin, light-skinned, kinda tall... nice, golden, long hair...

Its weird, I'm attracted to all types, but end up being in a relationship with boys who have short, brown hair and brown eyes to match. Are only a little taller than I am and wear clothes that probably dont look as good as they could. They're lean and very tanned, but always white. All of them are potheads that are probably too old for me with a macho-complex. always intelligent and sharp, but dont apply themselves.
for sex, they only have to be pretty to look at :-D
