dang i need advice.

okayy so.. my ex boyfriend is like my best friend now and i just found out his girl friend is writing suicide notes.. i feel so bad and i told him about it and hes in shock. i don't know what i can do to help him. any advice?

i would just let them handle it.
i guess do what you gotta do..
try to help the girl.
be her friend.
be nice to her.
and just tell him to relax.

As hard as I am sure it is for you, basically right now it is out of your hands. The best thing you can do, is offer your ex boyfriend support, and to make sure that he is handling it in the correct way. I'm sure right now he is really confused about a lot of things. Be sure that he does not take these threats 'lightly', and if things get out of hand it is always important to seek profesional help. Always keep in mind that we cannot solve other peoples issues, rather we attempt to help them help theirselves.

I would just steer clear from this dilemma it has nothing to do with you and your input might make it worse.
