Depression is a kind of mood disorder. Using body/mind techniques such as meditation, tai-chi are some effective ways to prevent symptoms associated with depression. Adequate sleep, regular exercise, healthy diet and good living style can diminish your depression.
I have depression, I go see a counciler every 3 weeks and a doctor because i'm taking anti-depressants. Meditation helps me so much!!! I also find drinking Camomile tea helps me relax and be calm (I have panic attacks).
I don't get enough sleep though
I have a bit of insomnia.
ummm...i'm not to sure, but they normaly teach tai-chi in lessons sort of like all martial arts really, but they do have some websites that show you some moves.
when people think of bad things of me and when i get down i get depressed!
Don't Worry-I use get that all the time, I couldn't stand to hear conversations about people cutting themselves because I feel really guilty that I've done it, I'm really concious of what people think of me, but it's getting better, I'm starting to become more confident and don't care what people say or think! It'll get better!
I have depression, but hate seeing my counciler, i only went once, havent been back since, a friend tried to help me out with it, but she got tired of it, so she stopped and wont talk to me now. And i was trying my hardest to bring myself out, But since she left, i'm always feeling it. And shes told me everything. but it help for like a few days. So i'm still in depression. but i don't know how i'm dealing with it. sometimes i want to end it all. But can't cuz of my friends. There really importiant to me, and i wont hurt them, including the ones i have on here now. They may not know me very well, but to me there my friends just like the ones i hangout with. I never let my friends down. I'd let myself down before i let them down, I don't know why i am that way. i just can't see myself giving up on them. But anyways. I'm deep in depression. but deal with it somehow.
