Moving is a big deal, and it's very hard to persuade parents to do that (trust me, I tried for years!)
I don't see why they won't let you visit though. Talk to your parents, tell them how you feel and how you miss your old friends, and I'm sure they'll understand your feelings and maybe over the holidays, they could send you back to stay with your old friends for a bit
