Without cutting.

But that was pretty much ruined tonight.
Gah, I knowww I need help.
But, I'm too afraid to ask for it.
Too afraid of what my dad&&the rest of my family's gonna think.

Counseling is out of the question.
But my friend went to this, like, hospital thing, and it sounds like it would really help me.

A lot of people have trouble asking for help. If you need it, get it. If you think the counseling at your hospital will help you (which it will, those people know what they're talking about), then you should go. Your family is there to help you and support you.
