am i strange?

umm... this may sound wierd but... when i get depressed, i dont harm myself, but rather harm others that have made my life a living hell, which is just about everybody i know, excluding most of my family... is it normal 2 do this? or am i just strange?

a lot of people actually act out when they are angry or depressed. instead of taking it out on themselves they take it out on others. i wouldnt exactly say it was "strange". but you should talk to someone you trust about it. its best to not hurt anybody including yourself.

So like, let's say someone beats you up, a bully, and you do nothing, because you aren't depressed or and are in a good mood.

But then, 1 day, you become in a bad mood, or depressed, and therefore, go back out to the street and find that bully and beat him up for what he did the previous time?

Is that what you're asking?

Because, for the specific cases, it's a bit impossible to tell. We don't know what it means specifically to "make your life a living hell" and what specifically harm the people that did that is.

Each and every incident has it's own logical statute of limitation.

For example, revenging against something 20 years later may not be logical, but the next day, might be more.

actually... umm, wen im not depressed and somebody says something offensive a beat the hell out of them, but wen i am depressed i just say something back and walk away... wen im home and i get depressed, that wen i go out searchin 4 prey

well yes some people do that you just may need to consider reaching out and getting help instead of taking it out on others but you aren't the only one.

normal no! you are abnormal in that sense,

you know, we are alike, i was a violent man before,

maybe not too violent, but violent as in I got fights almost everyday,

after reading some post like, "the normal state of man is joy" or something like that i got curious, and my change began,

anyways,

it is up to you, really, it is up to you,

you control your own life, whether you continue with in that state

or you go back to your normal state,

maybe search for "sedona method" i think that would be it for now,

I don't think you should emotionally and physically show people that want to get a rise out of you that they're succeeding. When you go out and beat/act irrationally against people, it makes people generally think you're an asshole. Honestly the best way to have handled the insults they throw at you, is to smile, and show that it doesn't affect you.
