I get in those moods often as well. For me, simply waiting it out and taking my mind off the present really helps. My boyfriend knows that those times are times that I need quiet cuddles, or he will hand out with friends (if he has friends over) and I'll watch tv.
Those times really are sucky, especially since nothing in particular is bothering you. Arg!
I hope that you feel better though. Just remember to breathe and remind yourself that these times don't last forever. | |
