I agree with the getting high thing.. Nothing's better than smoking a fatty on a shitty day.. like today, when you've been drinking all night, got 4 hours of sleep and woke up still drunk this morning, but couldn't fall back asleep.
Fuck I REALLY need to smoke pot right now. I feel like shit.

If I'm generally angry I'll just blast some metal really loud. Or if it's a person who's pissed me off, I'll think about murdering them in various different ways until I think of the most pleasing. It's strangely satisfying, actually. I sometimes worry about that... | |

Well I have this stress ball. It's hard to describe, but its just gold and when I throw it on the ground it splats itself out and covers a HUGE area and that always cheers me up somehow. I like reading a book, or watching TV, or just IMing my friends. Sometimes I'll draw or write a poem or short story. | |

Well you already said you listen to heavy metal, but try listening to some thrash if you're angry: Municipal waste, exodus, Metallicas first album....ONLY THE FIRST ONE, Anthrax and slayer. If you're sad, like annoyed at someone/somthing then listen to some ManOwar, Megadeth, Three Inches Of Blood. (Cus they're cheesy but still fucking metal and fuck)
Thats what works for me anyway, and oh...If you're REALLY angry listen to some death, grind, etc. | |
