When I'm pissed off I sit there and curse and swear and get really mad and turn up my system full blast listening to something angry like Limp Bizkit whatever expresses my emotions on that particular moment.
Music always helps.

i can't this out of my head i went to my sisters for only two days which wasn't long enough for me and i usually stay at her house for long long time and i am worried sick when i am going to come back and stay with her for long stay again?Please help!
