No, not a suicide note.
I wrote a letter once and stuck it in my diary so it falls out if you open it. It pretty much says to never read it, and burn it if I ever died. I wouldn't want them to read it and think so badly of me after I was gone.
It was more of a 'just incase' kinda thing. I always thought that I'd die young.
